Vito's

Vito's opened its doors in Saint John, N.B. in 1972 and was founded by four Greek brothers: Costa, Peter, Nick, and Demetri. Vito's prides itself on its customer service, pizza, and pasta. There are two locations in the greater Saint John area: Uptown Saint John and Rothesay. I tried the nachos at the Rothesay location about 5 years ago and recently had the ones at the uptown location. It was time to divide this blog entry into the different locations.  Vito's Uptown: We were uptown and hungry for nachos, going back and forth between Churchill's and Vito's - we ended up at Vito's. Sometimes it's hard to pick a new place versus a place that you know would be good, especially since I did not have a good experience at the Vito's Rothesay location. However, it is important to have variety on the blog and to do the necessary research. The Red Herring Pub: St Andrews, New Brunswick

The Red Herring Pub is located in downtown St Andrews, New Brunswick, where you can watch bands play live, watch sports, and have some beer and nachos. Their slogan is "where strangers become friends," and I can validate that with the friendly atmosphere and good vibes this pub gives off. There remained one question on my mind when I walked through the doors: What about the nachos?
