On our way back home from Boston, we had to stop to get nachos one more time. It's like the last hurrah of a vacation before you get home. And then once you get home, the Edmonton Oilers lose in Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final. I remember chatting with a friend at the time, telling her that it was okay that Florida had a powerplay because no one had scored on Edmonton on the power play in a long time. Soon after, I heard the announcer say "and with that, Florida scored on their powerplay against Edmonton." As it stands in 2024, a Canadian team has not won the Stanley Cup since our Habs in 1993. What will the future bring? So for the last hurrah of this vacation, we stopped at Miguel's in Bangor and had some nachos. This was after we had the excellent Guy Fieri nachos.
